- Due diligence on potential candidates, wherever possible, before approaching them
- Acting as proud and effective ambassadors for our clients. We understand that, in the first instance, potential candidates meet us. We must represent our clients professionally and fairly
- Detailed interviews with potential candidates, and then writing full reports about those whom we recommend
- Liaising constantly with clients, keeping them abreast of progress and highlighting anything and everything that might impact on our work or on the client’s ultimate decision
- Assisting with the negotiation of terms with the chosen candidate
- Dealing honestly and fairly with rejected candidates
- Following right through up to and beyond the point when the successful candidate joins the organization
